Some people have faster metabolisms so those people are an exception to these things. Plus guys build muscle faster/better than girls. 

I think what this intended was that the first option won’t make you healthy. I can almost guarantee that 5hrs of exercise a day WILL make you lose weight even if you are eating junk food (unless of course it is an extreme amount which causes your intake to be higher than calories burned). Doesn’t matter what you weigh if you’re not healthy on the inside.

Can you tell my gran has come to stay? I swear all the does is cook the best food ever. I ate quite a bit today, but I was just having one of those days where my stomach was just not accepting the fact that there was actually food in there. But I did go spinning which was tough! Now to get some sleep after having 3 hours in the past 2 days. Stressed doesn’t even cover it!

Needed a change, and that’s something small to get me going.

Eating isn’t too good, haven’t worked out since Sunday.

But I’m doing my A-Level exams now (the exams that determine university placements basically), so those come first. I will hit the gym tomorrow though.

A small part of me regrets the day I learnt about serving sizes. Oh well, oats and PB totalling 350 calories. :)

Last week I went to gym four times, which is good enough for me. My entire body aches and I feel as though I’m getting sick, so today I rest. I neeeed to sort out my eating though, and soon. Greece in 6 weeks!!!

Just an update

It’s been a while since I posted on here. Here’s a few things going on in my life.

  1. So many food allergies. And no clue where they’re coming from. I’m in the experimental stage where I’m working out what makes me feel sick.
  2. Hatred of cardio, big love for strength. Real muscles are developing.
  3. Weight is steady, no gain no loss, kicking things up a notch.
  4. Finally feeling free from food. Not everything is about food. I can have a McDonald’s Veggie Wrap. Yes, I can. Just make sure to go to gym. And if you can’t make it, one bad day won’t kill me. It’s simple.
  5. 7 weeks until I holiday in Greece. Working out all the time! Wheeee
  6. 6 weeks until I finish school forever!
  7. Final exams coming up! I’m semi-confident.

Today will be a perfect day.

sick sick sick sick

As in headache, body is on fire, nauseous, can’t move for fear of dying.

A part of me is happy though, because this means that I’m allowed to drink lots of tea and watch a ridiculous amount of:
